Warm, supportive gatherings focused on mental wellness — a safe space to share, breathe, and heal together.

Our Seniors Committee organizes social activities and outings that keep older adults active, connected, and included.
The Public Relations and Communication Committee keeps members, partners, and neighbours connected — spreading the word and welcoming new faces.
